Ember Shield is a pick-a-path or Choose Your Own Adventure game I have been working on, written using PHP and MySQL.
It is based slightly on the original script by Cal Henderson but I've added all kinds of functionality, with more to come. When you reach the end of a particular story path, you can add your own rooms, so the dungeon is ever growing.
There are currently 77 rooms in the dungeon, written by 16 different people.
